Life Notes
Leadership Coaching &
Team Effectiveness Consulting
Individual coaching, leadership workshops, and team-based programs designed to drive meaningful, lasting change
Why Life Notes?
Life Notes started with a simple habit: taking notes on what mattered. Insights from books, powerful quotes, and lessons from experience were captured, condensed, and revisited over time.
Over more than a decade, those notes grew into a living body of work. What was once over a thousand pages has been distilled into a clear, structured framework used in leadership coaching and development. These notes represent not just ideas, but a way of thinking. They help individuals and teams identify what matters, ask better questions, and build new behaviors.
The name reflects exactly what it is: a collection of what has been learned, refined, and applied across a lifetime, now shared to support the growth of others.
